Anderselite is seeking a talented architectural technician to join our expanding Technical team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest and experience in producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.

Summary of Role

The role involves interpreting client briefs and producing working drawings and technical documents in compliance with the latest legislation.

There is significant potential for professional development, gaining wider experience and progressing within the technical team.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (UK-based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT is desirable but not essential.
• Thorough knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
