Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Wealthify

Responsibilities:
- Respond to and assist both new and existing customers, providing a stellar experience across all products.
- Handle incoming queries via email, phone, and LiveChat, ensuring accuracy, personality, and outstanding customer service.
- Explain how Wealthify works and the benefits of investing, always informing customers rather than advising on financial decisions.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within financial services.
- Experience with pension products is desirable.
Additional Qualities:
- Team player: friendly, diligent, empathetic, well-organized.
- Confident in multi-tasking and operational support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 based on skills and experience.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days for each year of service (up to 28).
- Flexible working hours: 37.5 hours/week, 8am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
