A global professional services firm at the forefront of enterprise transformation is seeking an Oracle Payroll & HCM Senior Manager to join their Powered Apps team. In a collaborative, tech-focused environment, you will help drive high-impact HR and Payroll change programmes for some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, using Oracle Cloud technology and pre-configured transformation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle HCM and Payroll implementations across various industries.
- Guide clients through HR and Payroll transformation initiatives, improving service delivery and process performance.
- Advise on Oracle capabilities across HR operations including onboarding, absence management, self-service, payroll, and offboarding.
- Provide strategic input during bids and proposals, participating in contract and commercial discussions.
- Support practice development by sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, and contributing to thought leadership.
- Manage system integrations and data migration activities, ensuring data quality and smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with internal Powered HR teams to identify broader transformation opportunities.
- Lead and develop junior consultants through coaching and performance management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM projects.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM and Payroll functionalities and their application in business operations.
- Experience leading transformation workstreams and managing teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of core HR and Payroll processes and legislation.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in both agile and traditional frameworks.
- Experience in functional and technical roles within HR technology projects.
- Familiarity with system design documents, configuration specs, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborative working style with strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Desirable: Exposure to HCM systems like Workday, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance.

- Degree-level education
- Workday / ServiceNow Certifications (desirable)
