Job description

Company Description

The Hoxton, Edinburgh

We can’t wait to open our first UK hotel outside of London…and where better than the characterful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. We are now looking for an experienced Events Sous Chef to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality seasonal dishes, canapés, and bowl food to support the guest experience across our meeting & events space.

The Hox in Edinburgh will feature 214 bedrooms influenced by Georgian heritage, a main restaurant, a large lobby & bar, a dedicated event space, and The Apartment — our unique meetings and events concept.

Experience Italian glamour and romance at Patatino, our all-day restaurant inspired by the Amalfi coast, serving pizza, pasta, and Negroni cocktails.

More about us…

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels in vibrant neighborhoods. We aim to offer more than just a place to sleep — providing style, good value, and a community space where guests can connect with locals.
