Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team in the vibrant city of İstanbul, Turkey. As a key member of our pastry department, you will assist in creating delectable desserts and pastries that delight our guests and showcase your creativity and skill.

  • Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist the Pastry Chef in developing new dessert menu items and seasonal specialties
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Manage your station efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff members
  • Contribute to menu planning and cost control efforts
  • Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when necessary
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
