Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer who is either Chartered or actively working towards Chartered status with a recognized professional body (e.g., ICE, IStructE). The role encompasses the full spectrum of land development, including feasibility studies, navigating planning and consenting regimes, detailed design, construction, and demolition.

The position requires collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support during early development stages, including advice on soil suitability, earthworks, ground bearing capacity, pavements, foundations, drainage, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare technical scopes for procurement of external services.
• Manage external technical and planning consultants.
• Review and approve submissions from external consultants.
• Manage and monitor statutory consents to ensure compliance.
• Support estimating and on-site teams with technical input.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Contribute to monthly project reports.
