Salary: £15,950 - £20,572 per annum (Actual) - £26,825 - £34,600 FTE

Our client, a leading further education college based in Cambridge, is seeking a part-time Assessor/Trainer to support the delivery of qualifications in Property Maintenance and Carpentry. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical training sessions in Property Maintenance and Carpentry
Assess learners in college and in the workplace to ensure they meet qualification standards
Track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records
Support learners in achieving their full potential through personalised guidance
Work closely with employers to coordinate workplace assessments and ensure relevant experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Industry experience in property maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade
An Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1) or willingness to work towards one
A teaching/training qualification or the desire to gain one
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to high-quality teaching, learning, and learner success
