- Location: Milton Keynes
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Home-based with regional travel for learner observations and 1:1 coaching
- Salary: £29,400 – £33,600 per annum + annual performance bonus
- Leave: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 33 with service)

Role Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and create tailored learning plans
- Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours
- Guide on safeguarding, British Values, Prevent, and career development
- Monitor learner progress and support timely achievement of portfolios and qualifications
- Deliver or support Functional Skills (Maths and English)
- Collaborate with employers to support workplace learning
- Identify and support Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance reporting
- Promote online safety, mental health awareness, and career development
- Engage in CPD and standardisation activities to stay current
Candidate Requirements
- Recognised teaching qualification (ideally Level 5 or equivalent)
- Experience as a Teacher, TA, or Education Manager
- Proven performance management skills
- Level 2 (or above) qualifications in Maths and English
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and the education sector
- Digital proficiency with ePortfolios and IT systems
- Full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle
