Job Position: Graduate Business Consultant

Location: London

Starting Salary: £28,000

Application Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme

Potential Roles for a Graduate Business Consultant:

1. Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. BAs consider people, processes, technology, and organizational structure to deliver value while minimizing risks.
2. Project Manager (PM): Supports planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget. Assists in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
3. Project Management Officer (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, oversees governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management, often providing performance insights to senior management.
4. Product Manager: Responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing success of a product, including defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals.
