The Creative Manager leads the development and execution of innovative creative solutions that align with client objectives. Reporting to the Creative & Production (C&P) Regional Leader, the Creative Manager acts as a key advisor to clients on creative strategies, oversees the creative team, and ensures the seamless integration of creative components into high-profile events.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Expertise

  • Oversee the development of creative concepts, including logo design, 3D visuals, movies, motion design, and scenography, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on creative solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate innovative and impactful ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge creative solutions.
  • Able to provide presentations on high scale.

Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Supervise and manage service providers and stage managers, including the administrative aspects of contracts.
  • Proven ability to inspire and guide creative teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Organizational & Project Management Skills:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and consistency across all creative outputs.

Client & Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Event Lead on large and complex events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support during pitches by asking follow-up questions and addressing creative-related aspects.
  • Join client meetings and pitch presentations, both virtually and in person, for larger event opportunities.

Technical Expertise:

  • Apply creative knowledge to evaluate and support creative needs as required.
  • Familiarity with creative tools, mood boards, and software relevant to design and content creation.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and innovative practices in creative development.

Project Coordination:

  • Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple aspects of large-scale events.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to prepare, monitor, and coordinate timelines effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and securing favorable terms with service providers.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

  • Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Additional Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of leading creative projects and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and impactful projects.
  • Willingness to travel to event locations to oversee creative execution.
  • Strong advisory skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

What We’re Looking For:

This role requires a deep understanding of creative processes, exceptional client advisory skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and multicultural teams.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in event management and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is motivated to contribute to the success of complex, large-scale events.
  • This manager should be passioned for delivering high-quality, impactful events through effective teamwork and precise coordination.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing creative projects within the events, marketing, or communications industries.
