About Our Client

Our client is a prestigious name in the sporting goods industry, recognised for innovation and excellence. They're embarking on an exciting brand evolution and seeking a visionary Art Director to lead this transformation across all touchpoints.

The Role

As Art Director, you'll be responsible for elevating and unifying the brand's visual identity across all channels. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries that resonate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and execution for the brand across all platforms
• Manage visual design projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and external agencies
• Oversee junior designers and provide mentorship
• Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines while evolving the visual language
• Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders
• Drive innovation in the brand's visual expression across digital and physical touchpoints

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer within
• Must be totally comfortable with Figma & Adobe Suite
• Experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and/or B2C environments
• Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in sporting goods or related lifestyle sectors is advantageous
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your creative vision and execution
• Experience elevating consumer-facing brands
• Background in graphic design with progression to Art Director level
• Collaborative approach with the ability to inspire teams
