About Choreograph Optimization Products

We’re a team within Choreograph that’s focussed on optimizing the impact that advertising has for audiences and the brands that we work with. We do this by optimising media buying, and employing dynamic creative, to deliver impactful and relevant messages. Getting these to the right audience, on the right medium, at moments and locations that matter, via channels and for a budget that is optimal for the brands we work with.

This role will work primarily on our Creative Optimization product, an omnichannel dynamic creative optimization (DCO) platform, that enables brands to power ads (e.g. images, videos, copy) across a range of channels (display, social, online video, connected TV) with dynamic data (e.g. location, weather, events) in real-time, turning a single creative concept into thousands of unique stories. We utilise AI to optimize for the best performing content, helping advertisers to tell the right story at the right time, and audiences to see messages that matter.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for driving development and innovation to ensure we have a robust and scalable data-platform to support our core features for an established Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data, data-pipelines and quality, coupled with a strong technical background in ad tech or similar domain where significant amounts of data flow through.

You will work closely with engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to enhance our product’s performance through a reliable and state of the art data-platform.

We are seeking someone who excels at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment and can clearly communicate the reasoning behind key decisions. Your passion for data-driven product development will be critical in driving our product’s evolution.

What You Will Do

  • You will own and manage the backlog for the team responsible for our data-platform. Ensuring a focus on data-driven insights and enhancing our product’s effectiveness in delivering optimized ads.
  • You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and UX specialists to ensure that the product is aligned with user needs and leverages the power of data science to continuously improve performance.
  • You will craft epics and user stories with a focus on how data can unlock business value, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the product delivers meaningful insights and optimized results.
  • Work with engineering to address technical challenges, particularly around big data, scalability, data integrity and data quality
  • Actively participate in product meetings, helping shape the roadmap and ensure a consistent user experience across all areas of the product.
  • Lead a scrum team focused on enhancing the product’s data capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to create, discuss, and present roadmaps that prioritize data-centric features.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our data platform enabling key capabilities like optimisation algorithms, insightful dashboards and reporting and meaningful product data
  • Prioritise the development of capabilities which support creative reporting, data visualisation and algorithmic optimisations based on evolving customer and business needs.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on reporting, analytics, or creative optimization.
  • Understanding of data science principles, including experience working with large datasets
  • Experience in or knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into user stories and development tasks that deliver measurable business value.
  • High energy and passion for data-driven decision-making, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery needs.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the ad tech industry, especially around Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) or similar is considered a pre.
