The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics Consultant to support the next phase of growth and innovation for Foundever’s English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, naturally inquisitive, with exceptional problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will combine industry knowledge with your technical capabilities to deliver analytics & insight programs for our clients. These will help achieve outcomes including optimizing business processes, enhancing customer experiences, and growing sales/revenue. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to design, pitch, and deliver these programs across various sectors.

As part of the wider Analytics and Insight community, you will leverage your data analysis expertise and stakeholder management skills to deliver high-impact analysis and secure buy-in from the business, operations, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
  • Lead analyst for the delivery of Insight & analytics programs.
  • Understand statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the BI & reporting team to design and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Design and execute experiments (A/B testing) to validate insights and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Present analysis findings to stakeholders at all levels, from team managers to C-suite.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to operations and clients, helping leverage data to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering, Insight, and Continuous Improvement teams.
Continuous Improvement
  • Work with the Continuous Improvement team to translate insights into actionable projects.
  • Support business case development by quantifying impacts, including cost-benefit and ROI analyses.
  • Monitor implementation and success of solutions, providing feedback and adjustments.
  • Stay updated with analytical tools, techniques, and trends to improve analysis impact and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
Sales and Solutions
  • Develop business cases and calculate ROI to support new business pitches and service expansions.
  • Assist the Analytics Director in developing sales and analytics solutions for proposals and service growth.
Your Profile and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in an analytics role.
  • At least 2 years working with contact centre data.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, ideally in a cloud environment (preferably MS Azure).
  • Intermediate to advanced Power BI data visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.
  • Experience with Alteryx and unstructured data is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholder influence ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary: £50-65K depending on experience.
