An Evening in the Life of a Night Team Member

What you'll be doing:

• Enjoy the quiet buzz of the late hours and keep the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps.
• Welcome late-arriving guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest needs.
• Conduct night audits and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Prepare breakfast for the morning service.
• Clean and set up conference rooms.
• Maintain the lobby and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks.
• Coordinate with the early morning team for a seamless shift handover.
