Job Description

This is a multi-skilled role involving Front Office and Food & Beverage duties aligned with business needs.

As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will:

• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible and ready to assist guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Support Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, and Dinner, and assist the Reception team when needed.
• Be dedicated to improving service quality continuously.
• Receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols.

Our hotel features 126 rooms, a Chill concept with cafeteria and restaurant, located in the heart of Sheffield, just 15 minutes walk from the train station and attractions.

To help you settle in, we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience the guest perspective firsthand.
