In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind delivery of the assigned framework, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic operation—building strong relationships, fine-tuning delivery strategies, and ensuring top-tier service for multiple end users. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to address their needs and concerns effectively.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Framework Delivery Director and other stakeholders to support the achievement of framework objectives and outcome-based delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to track service delivery, measure outcomes, and drive improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for all parties involved.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Framework Delivery Director and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Delivery of the role will benefit from, and be strengthened by:

• A proven track record in managing complex client relationships within a framework or contractual setting.
• Experience in service delivery oversight, particularly with a focus on outcome-based delivery.
• A background in environments requiring strategic collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations confidently while maintaining professional relationships.
• Familiarity with framework agreements or similar contractual structures is highly advantageous.
