TotalEnergies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development within the Gas & Power sector. The role involves managing the product roadmap, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing customer experience through innovative product offerings. This is an exciting new role for a Senior Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Commercial.
The role involves being the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), focusing on core gas and electricity products in SME and Major Business segments, including complex flexible offerings and support for ancillary products like energy efficiency, solar, and EV.
The successful candidate will become an expert on our product range and delivery methods, managing a coherent product roadmap, identifying new products and improvements to increase commercial value and enhance customer experience, and playing a key role in product launches and relaunches.
Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, producing business cases, collaborating with stakeholders to implement product changes, overseeing product launches, and ensuring engaging and suitable product collateral and training materials.
Building and maintaining relationships across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Change, to gather feedback and coordinate on new product initiatives is essential.
