Job description

This is an exciting new role for a Senior Product Manager to join us in our Commercial & Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Commercial.

The role involves being the product champion across TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGPL), focusing on core gas and electricity products in SME and Major Business segments, including complex flexible offerings and support for ancillary products like energy efficiency, solar, and EV.

The successful candidate will become an expert on our product range and delivery methods, managing a coherent product roadmap, identifying new products and improvements to increase commercial value and enhance customer experience, and playing a key role in product launches and relaunches.

Responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, producing business cases, collaborating with stakeholders to implement product changes, overseeing product launches, and ensuring engaging and suitable product collateral and training materials.

Building and maintaining relationships across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Change, to gather feedback and coordinate on new product initiatives is essential.

Role Details:

• Bonus: Up to 20%
• Location: Tadworth (KT20 6RP)
• Contract: 18 Months
• Working Pattern: 3 days a week at the Tadworth office

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing the product roadmap collaboratively with Pricing, Sales, and Servicing teams.
• Gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and gaps in the product offering.
• Understanding the competitor landscape and identifying strengths and gaps relative to TGP offerings.
• Proposing changes to existing products and developing new variants to meet customer needs and improve commercial performance, including managing contractual paperwork.
• Developing business cases and collaborating with Business Improvement, Pricing, and IT for implementation.
• Planning and executing product launches, working with Sales, Commercial, Business Improvement, and Marketing to define success metrics.
• Reviewing and improving current product literature in collaboration with marketing.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on product contracting processes and conditions.
• Supporting sales with product recommendations and bespoke changes, including supporting documentation.
