Job Description
What you’ll do
As the Recruitment Business Partner for the speciality services, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and onboarding care professionals in high volumes, ensuring they have the right qualities to enhance the experience of those we support. The role involves providing a consistent recruitment service, designing strategies to improve conversion rates from application to hire, managing attraction budgets, and ensuring adherence to marketing and branding standards. This field-based role involves working from home, branch locations, and central offices, focusing on addressing recruitment challenges across the division. You will oversee a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction activities and fostering their development in line with the organization’s commitment to people.

Qualifications
What you need
Proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, understanding the full recruitment cycle, and identifying performance improvements. Knowledge of the social care sector challenges and effective recruitment strategies. Skills in data analysis, presentation, and KPI reporting. Strong team management, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in ATS and MS Office.
