* A great opportunity has become available for a mental health youth support assistant, supporting SEN children in a school in Oxford.

* This is an excellent position to gain hands-on experience working directly with vulnerable students in the classroom.

* These young students struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, and various other developmental disorders.

* As a learning support assistant, you will be involved in helping children manage and cope with their emotions and mental health, while also supporting their learning and development.

* Your role will involve engaging with them and ensuring they receive a good balance of education and interventions.

* The role of Learning Support Assistant is suitable for someone who is resilient and confident in supporting young people with challenging mental health needs.

* This position is ideal for aspiring psychologists, social workers, or therapists.

* Experience working with children in a school setting is beneficial but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important. Graduates in relevant fields will also be considered.
