The Cancer Division is seeking an experienced and skilled leader for the role of Deputy Director of Operations. The successful candidate will leverage their experience, skills, and knowledge of performance standards in acute hospitals to enable the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive services.
You will bring expertise as a senior manager in an acute hospital with cancer services, along with a proven track record of delivery and innovation. We value not only your technical skills but also your ability to be a visible and compassionate leader of a diverse team.
The role will support ensuring that the Division consistently provides high-quality patient care while meeting all performance targets within the financial envelope. The post holder will also collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to develop services that meet the future needs of our patients.
