Service Advisor

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception
• Book in vehicles and raise/close job cards
• Obtain authorisations for work
• Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress
• Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
• Handle costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
