A leading economic development agency is seeking an Assistant Director to shape strategic direction and support policy development. This role involves managing research, engaging stakeholders, and driving enterprise growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management experience and a degree, contributing to impactful economic strategies across the island of Ireland.

Grade: Grade 7 - £61,292 - £64,780 per annum*
Reports to: Director of Strategy

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director to join our Strategy Team.
This is a high-impact role pivotal in shaping and delivering our strategic direction and achieving measurable benefits for InterTradeIreland and its stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the Strategy Director in managing research, insights, and policy development activities. The role involves working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to provide research and policy insights, identify opportunities for enterprise growth, and support shared economic policy priorities through collaboration and strategic thinking.
You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement to enhance InterTradeIreland's reputation and strategic positioning within the wider economic support ecosystem across the island. Further details are available in the Job description.
