Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish
• Supervise and lead a team of restoration technicians and ensure quality workmanship
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in restoration or construction industry
