Ashley Kate is excited to support our client based in the Midlands as they recruit into their HR team.

Are you a systems-savvy, data-driven HR Operations Manager? If so, this role could be for you!

The Role:
  1. Support operational areas of the business - warehouse, driving, retail
  2. Manage 2 staff - develop, mentor, and support their growth
  3. Oversee HRIS - responsible for data, analytics, reporting, and action planning
  4. Support and partner with senior leaders within operational areas in absence, performance, employee relations
  5. Leadership development - support management teams in upskilling for higher performance
  6. Implement and review policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with current changes
  7. Support HR Business Partner in rolling out and implementing HR initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, talent, and succession planning
  8. Oversee payroll - ensure process accuracy

We seek an experienced HR Operational Manager with experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or retail. You should be extremely data and tech-savvy, possess strong employment law knowledge, and be CIPD qualified. This role is based in Lichfield on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to other sites.
