Job Opportunity: HR Operations Manager

Ashley Kate is excited to support our client based in the Midlands as they recruit for their HR team.

Are you a systems-savvy, data-driven HR Operations Manager?

If so, this role could be perfect for you!

The Role:
  1. Support operational areas of the business - warehouse, driving, retail
  2. Manage 2 staff - develop, mentor, and support their growth
  3. Oversee HRIS - responsible for data, analytics, reporting, and action planning
  4. Partner with senior leaders within operational areas in absence, performance, employee relations
  5. Support leadership development - upskill management teams for higher performance
  6. Implement and review policies - ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with current changes
  7. Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, talent, and succession planning
  8. Oversee payroll processes - ensure accuracy

We seek an experienced HR Operational Manager with background in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or retail. You must be highly data and tech-savvy, possess strong employment law knowledge, and be CIPD qualified. This role is based in Lichfield on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to other sites.
