We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at Dundonald Links in Irvine, Ayrshire. The hourly rate is £12.21.

This is a permanent, full-time position, involving 40 hours across 5 variable days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet high standards.
• Maintain accurate and effective stock rotation.
• Comply with all food hygiene regulations.
• Assist with pot washing.
• Help collect tableware and plates within the restaurant.

Requirements

Previous similar experience is preferred. Catering qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A driving license would be beneficial for travel to and from the resort.
