About The Role
- We're seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to join the Butlin's Team in Minehead.
- Lead and develop our team in the Restaurants Department, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
- Ensure Junior Kitchen Managers lead each shift effectively, maintain compliance with food safety and Health & Safety policies, and manage food orders and HACCP processes.
- Collaborate with the Food Development Team to address operational challenges and foster a motivated culinary team with high ethical standards.
- Implement cost control procedures, monitor waste, and work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams for smooth operations.
About You
- Experience managing a kitchen operation at a similar level, with a proven track record of team development in a commercial culinary environment.
- Hardworking, reliable, and proactive in seeking improvements to consistently meet brand standards.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving, with a clear understanding of how their role enhances guest experience.
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
