As Community Fundraising Manager, you will lead the community programme, providing strategic leadership regarding community fundraising across the organization and working closely with the innovation team on product development. There is significant potential for growth, and the team is committed to implementing and developing exciting new initiatives within virtual and mass participation, regional fundraising, and community corporate partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to lead the development of a community programme with vast potential.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A significant proven track record in community fundraising and/or supporter engagement
• Experience in developing and delivering strategic growth plans in community fundraising
• Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at higher and peer levels
