Job Responsibilities
- Work with SMEs to identify statutory, mandatory, and essential training needs for all staff within the Trust.
- Manage, design, and evaluate the Trust's Corporate Induction programme, ensuring effective administration and a relevant, welcoming experience.
- Oversee the design and delivery of the Volunteer Induction programme, ensuring it is relevant, welcoming, accessible, and efficient.
- Manage the Moving & Handling Training Team to ensure effective delivery that meets national standards and organizational needs.
- Provide compassionate, supportive line management to the Training Administration Team, L&D Facilitators, and the Training System Manager, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee the Trust's Learning Management System to maintain accurate staff training profiles and ensure data and reporting are accurate and accessible.
- Ensure effective reception services for staff and visitors.
- Produce and present data reports at relevant Trust meetings.
- Plan and oversee project management of various training-related projects and participate in meetings across the Trust, ICS, and regionally/nationally as required.
