As a Wealth Planner, you will be a key part of our advice team, focused on developing new client relationships and delivering high-quality, regulated financial advice. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, self-motivated, and eager to grow their own client base within the support structure of a leading national wealth management firm.

Your Profile

• Qualified to Level 4 or above in providing financial advice, ideally working towards Level 6 Chartered Status
• A Wealth/Financial Planner with at least 1 year of managing your own clients
• Experienced in delivering compliant, tailored financial advice to high-net-worth clients
• Proactive in sourcing and securing new client opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and self-generated activity
• Skilled in converting warm and cold leads into long-term client relationships
• Capable of building and managing a growing book of business with a focus on long-term value and client retention
• Self-disciplined, resilient, motivated, and tenacious in responding to challenges
• Committed to understanding and engaging with our corporate objectives and cultural values
• An effective team player and leader who values support teams in delivering great client outcomes
• Knowledgeable about the UK regulatory system relevant to Financial Services
• Dedicated to professional development, undertaking CPD, and staying updated with industry developments
