The Role

As a Senior Project Planner, you will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules to support successful project delivery. Your strong communication, relationship-building, and team-playing skills will ensure the schedule reflects all contract work and deliverables, current status, and progress, and supports effective performance measurement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders including Project Managers, Control Account Managers, Project Controllers, customers, and other project stakeholders.
• Report to a Principal Planner or similar role within our Planning Discipline, supporting your professional development.
• Your motivation and passion for managing and delivering successful projects will positively influence colleagues and customers alike.

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with regular travel to Bristol, Leicester, or Plymouth, alongside home working arrangements. Agile working and flexible, blended work patterns, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing, may be available. Please discuss options at interview.

Essential Experience

• Advanced knowledge and experience of Primavera P6.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, environment, or industry.
• Experience creating and maintaining governance artifacts like Project Management Plans and Schedule Management Plans.
• Supporting Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo) is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of MoD working practices or MoD EVM requirements is preferred but not necessary.
