The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00/17:30.
We are a large, friendly pharmacy team seeking a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage a comprehensive clerical and administrative service for our Pharmacy Team. You will support the Admin team by handling routine enquiries from approximately 180 pharmacy staff within the North Sector pharmacy departments. You will be the first point of contact for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support workers, ensuring all enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally via face-to-face communication, telephone, or email, following established protocols.
