Job Title: Assistant Mortgage Product Manager, Homes – 12 Month FTC/Secondment
Salary: £39,825 - £44,250
Location: Chester, Manchester, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds or London
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of our office sites.

You’ll support the development, coordination, and monitoring of mortgage products and channels, interpreting complex processes and analyzing customer needs.
We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven individual to manage and enhance our mortgage portfolio within an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes work-life balance, including support for working parents.
Data and Analytics: Support data utilization to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Assist in creating dashboards and reports.
Strategy and Delivery: Help define and execute customer management strategies, considering business, conduct, and customer needs.
Customer Collaboration: Work with various teams to coordinate initiatives across Homes.
Customer-Centric: Understand customer behavior and product performance, evaluating risks and outcomes.

Higher education qualification preferred
Mortgage experience supporting product management in financial services
Proficiency in analytical tools and MI systems
