Hospitality Junior Sous Chef

Location: Canary Wharf
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay: £18.06 per hour

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our Hospitality team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to work in a professional kitchen, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily preparation and execution of high-quality dishes
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and rotation to maintain food safety standards
• Support and train junior kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen in line with health and safety regulations
