The Role

We seek a proactive, customer-focused Online Merchandising Executive for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our Hierarchy & Taxonomy Project. This role aims to improve product discovery and online shopping experience on our website and app.

You will execute customer-focused enhancements to web hierarchy, filters, and attribution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive this strategic project efficiently. A strong understanding of digital merchandising, product taxonomy, and customer journey optimization is essential to deliver value and ROI.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Develop and drive the Hierarchy & Taxonomy (H&T) roadmap, delivering across the Group and identifying opportunities for quick wins.
  • Identify key areas for customer journey improvements related to H&T, benefiting on-site experience and SEO growth.
  • Collaborate with UXR & CRO teams to develop research and testing strategies, interpreting data for actionable improvements.
  • Partner with Product Ops to optimize product setup and improve input metrics like product setup completion.
  • Work with DT to enhance technical aspects of product setup, data feeds, and search tools.
  • Coordinate with Data Analytics to develop reporting that demonstrates project value through metrics.
  • Communicate progress and key metrics effectively to stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
  • Experience in Ecommerce / Online Merchandising, with knowledge of Search & Merchandising tools.
  • Experience with Web Hierarchy & BloomReach Discovery Platform.
  • Analytical skills with understanding of metrics such as Views, Conversion Rate, PLP > PDP Click-through Rate, and Demand per SKU, with GA4 experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
