About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Building Surveyor to join a prestigious global property developer on a client-side role, specialising in industrial properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading developer in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, from refurbishment and new build developments to strategic asset management and investment planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert building surveying services across a varied industrial portfolio.
• Deliver high-quality technical assessments, condition surveys, and project management services.
• Advise on maintenance, repairs, and improvements for industrial properties.
• Manage the technical due diligence and feasibility studies for new developments or acquisitions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct dilapidation assessments, prepare schedules, and negotiate settlements.
• Provide strategic advice to help improve the performance of the portfolio.

About You

• MRICS qualified (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in building surveying within any commercial property sector.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and relevant legislation.
• Experience in project management and delivering complex building projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
