The Role

We are seeking Building Surveyors at all levels to join our expanding UK team. Whether you are launching your career, looking for advancement, or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, we have opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality building surveying services across a variety of sectors.
  2. Conduct building surveys, inspections and condition assessments.
  3. Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
  4. Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation.
  5. Provide expert advice on property defects, sustainability and compliance.
  6. Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Experience in building surveying, gained in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and regulatory compliance.
  3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  5. MRICS accreditation required for senior roles; candidates at junior levels should be actively working towards professional membership.
