Administration Assistant - FTC, 12 months

Job Location: UK wide

Job Type: Fixed term contract, 12 months

Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

We have fantastic fixed term contract (12 months) opportunities for Administration Assistants UK wide.

We now have an exciting opportunity for Administration Assistants to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division on a 12-month FTC basis.

Within the Subsidence department, our team of administrators supports all aspects of the process, with particular focus on new claims setup, initial correspondence with customers, and booking appointments for our Building Consultants to visit properties.

Communication and accuracy are key in this role, with SLAs to meet around initial contact times and first visit dates. The ability to handle various tasks is essential, as well as confidence in driving best practices.

Support is also provided to teams on an ad hoc basis with data requests and other administrative activities.

  • Organisational Skills: Meeting deadlines and organizing tasks effectively
