As an SEO Content Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, optimized written content across Betway’s website, blog, and in-app platforms. This will help increase organic visibility, drive targeted traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing content ideas and campaigns around major sporting events.
• Producing editorial content like betting articles, guides, interviews, etc.
• Conducting SEO research for keywords and content opportunities.
• Collaborating with social media teams to optimize content delivery.
• Editing and publishing content from contributors, maintaining tone and formatting.
• Working with international teams and agencies for multilingual content.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders to align content with business targets.
• Preparing reports and reviews on content KPIs.
• Monitoring industry trends and SEO updates to keep content relevant.
• Promoting SEO best practices across the business.
• Building effective relationships with internal teams.

This role may include additional duties to meet business objectives.

Essential skills

We require:

• Proven experience in sports journalism and digital content creation.
• Extensive knowledge of sports and betting.
• Digital Marketing and SEO expertise.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.

Desirable skills

It’s a plus if you also have:

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Deep understanding of sports betting markets and trends.
