Key Responsibilities

1. Provide 3rd Line Technical Support, acting as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Teams
2. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems
3. Liaise with 1st and 2nd Line support teams and other members to ensure timely resolution of issues
4. Plan, deliver, and lead IT Projects as a key team member

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)
• Cyber Essentials Plus exposure
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange
• Experience supporting 1st and 2nd Line teams / acting as an escalation point
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
