Job Description:

Overview: HealthHero's Enterprise business unit in UK & Ireland focuses on providing virtual healthcare services to insurance, corporate, and private healthcare clients. Our services include digital portals, mobile apps, and integrated clinical and digital solutions aimed at improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project control and change coordination impacting HealthHero's enterprise operations.
  2. Define clear programme objectives and monitor progress against quality metrics such as financial performance, operational KPIs, clinician and patient satisfaction.
  3. Document project progress, timelines, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies within our risk management framework.
  4. Coordinate change management efforts across multidisciplinary teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Assist in resource prioritisation based on impact and outcome assessments.
  6. Provide regular reports to the operational board on project status and risks.

Accountability: Reports directly to the Managing Director – Operations

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in Primary Healthcare, ideally with both Private and Public healthcare sectors.
  • Strong project and change management skills with knowledge of methodologies.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across technology, clinical, and operational domains.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage change-related conflicts and facilitate team engagement.
  • Experience with clinical and resource management systems, understanding project approval and quality assurance processes.
  • Ownership mindset with enthusiasm for strategic project benefits.
  • Active listening and issue resolution skills.
