Are you ready to join the Fearless? This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ.

As part of the People Performance team, reporting to a People Business Partner, you'll support our retail teams, especially Regional/Area Managers, with people solutions across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Conducting regular reviews of colleagues' experiences
  • Collaborating with Recruitment and Learning & Development teams
  • Completing talent reviews and monitoring progress
  • Supporting succession planning and upskilling managers
  • Maintaining colleague engagement
  • Assisting with store openings and closures
  • Managing employee relations cases

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HR/People generalist role
  • Proven employee relations management, including complex cases
  • Stakeholder engagement experience, ideally with talent management
  • Experience in customer-centric or retail environments
  • Confidence working with data
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Resilience, assertiveness, and adaptability under pressure
