ORGANIZATION
  • Reports to Sales and Operational Planning Manager
  • Job Location: London, UK
  • Contract type: Fixed Term Contract
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with demand planning and customer service teams to understand demand changes and prioritize supply accordingly.
  • Translate demand consensus into a constrained view for Supply Review and S&OP meetings, highlighting recovery plans.
  • Work with EMEA teams to ensure transparency on inventory projections and timely product availability.
  • Manage supply constraints and out-of-stock scenarios, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions, and communicate risks and recovery timelines to stakeholders.
  • Own inventory targets, drive inventory projections, and improve overall inventory management, including supply parameters and mitigation of slow-moving stock.
  • Partner with international supply chain teams to ensure launch and promotional readiness, including SKU setup and delivery timelines.
  • Contribute to strategic supply chain planning and operating models.
PROFILE
  • Experience in an international supply chain organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics sector or similar fast-paced sectors (FMCG, retail).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive, collaborative, adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams across cultures.
  • Systems experience: SAP, Power BI, Excel; IBP is a plus.
  • Alignment with TRUST 8 principles.
