Head of Product & Design - Bellrock Technologies

Our SaaS platforms are trusted brands that help organizations transform and streamline asset and property management, improving operational efficiency and enhancing business processes. Our customers include HMRC, Capita, John Lewis and Waitrose, Her Majesty's Prisons, Costa Coffee, and many more.

Over the next three years, our products will undergo significant redevelopment and modernization, embracing emerging technologies such as IoT. To lead this transformation, we are seeking a Head of Product & Design to define, own, and drive the design and strategy for these products, including full ownership of product design and user experience.

As a Head of Product & Design, you will:

• Take full ownership of product design and the end-to-end user experience, including visual design, structure, layout, and user journeys of our SaaS applications.
• Define objectives and roadmaps for product design, including user research, prototyping, and testing.
• Solve complex challenges by delivering intuitive, minimalist, and data-driven product designs that meet user and customer needs.
• Lead a design-first culture, ensuring all products are thoughtful, solve real pain points, and reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Build and foster a world-class design team, mentoring talent and creating a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Working arrangements

We promote flexible working practices, allowing employees to work remotely where roles permit. The successful candidate will work from the Liverpool office two days a week, with the rest of the week remote.
