Over the next three years, our products will undergo significant redevelopment and modernisation, embracing emerging technologies such as IoT to support our customers in achieving their digital property strategies. To lead this transformation, we are seeking a Head of Product & Design to define, own, and drive the design and strategy for these products. This critical role includes full ownership of product design and user experience.

As a Head of Product & Design, you’ll do it by:

• Taking full ownership of product design and the end-to-end user experience, including the visual design, structure, layout, and user journeys of our SaaS applications.
• Defining the objectives and roadmap for product design, including areas such as user research, prototyping, and user testing.
• Solving complex domain challenges by delivering intuitive, minimalist, and data-driven product designs that meet the needs of end-users and customers.
• Leading a design-first culture, ensuring that every product shipped is thoughtful, solves real customer pain points, and reflects Bellrock Technologies' commitment to excellence.
• Building and fostering a world-class design team, mentoring and cultivating talent while creating a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

What does it take?

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Head of Product, you’ll need:

• A talented product designer who is passionate about creating end-user-focused SaaS applications that solve complex challenges.
• Considerable experience in translating complex requirements into intuitive, visual, and data-driven solutions.
• A true minimalist, with the ability to simplify complexity without losing sight of the details.
• Strong business acumen, with a love for data and a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly and efficiently.
• A leader who can inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration, and mission-driven excellence within the design team.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Liverpool office two days a week with the team, and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
