Due to increased workflow, this Legal 500 firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Partner for their West-End office.

The team is looking for a knowledgeable and competent Associate to help drive the department and serve their high-quality client base. You will work alongside a highly experienced team and receive excellent support and guidance to develop your expertise and career.

The Corporate & Commercial department handles high-quality work, including establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs, and more.
