Job description

As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

1. Producing and presenting dishes for your section in accordance with brand standards and cooking instructions.
2. Ensuring dishes are well-presented, of high quality, and served at the correct temperature.
3. Delivering dishes promptly to meet guest expectations.
4. Organizing your work and timing to accommodate fluctuations in guest numbers, special events, and specific guest requests.
5. Actively contributing to departmental targets by strictly following cooking instructions and minimizing waste and food loss.
