Role Overview

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and beautifully presented dishes. Previous kitchen experience and a commitment to excellence are essential.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and produce food to high standards as directed by senior staff.
  2. Report stock shortages and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
  3. Adhere to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mise en place.
  5. Report equipment faults promptly.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.
Candidate Profile
  1. Proactive with the ability to work independently.
  2. Detail-oriented with kitchen experience.
  3. Flexible with working hours.
  4. Qualified in Food Safety and familiar with health and safety procedures.
  5. Knowledge of kitchen processes, allergen protocols, and compliance standards.
  6. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  7. High personal integrity and work ethic.
