As Estate Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the entire estate, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for residents, occupiers, businesses, and visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all estate operations across residential, retail, F&B, and commercial spaces.
• Champion sustainability and ESG practices across the development.
• Deliver best-in-class customer and occupier experience through service innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, residents, and stakeholders.
• Lead estate activation initiatives to foster community and engagement.
• Monitor and manage service providers to ensure the highest standards.
• Support strategic asset management and long-term planning with creative input.
