About the role

To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, practices, and standards set by the Regulatory Body. To collaborate with the Head Teacher, leadership team, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards throughout the school.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures as detailed by the local safeguarding board.
  • Participate in the assessment of referrals.
  • Serve as the curriculum coordinator and manager across the school.
  • Lead positive behavior support initiatives for challenging behaviors.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including education, residential care, and clinical staff.
  • Monitor progress and targets to ensure individual student outcomes are achieved.
  • Possess relevant experience teaching pupils with Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Have experience teaching pupils with complex needs.
  • Demonstrate staff management experience.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Hold a Degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
